KEEP THE ORGASMS COMING....

So it's been a long day and the last thing on your mind might be continuting with this 30 challenge. You're hungry, you still have homework to review, what's a guy/girl to do?!?!

I say make you and your 30DCP a Orgasm Smoothie.  Making this promises to keep the orgasms coming, blend the following ingredients and try not to wake your neighbors!
Orgasm Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1 cup rice, almond or non-fatmilk (substitute with juice of your choice if you don't want to use milk)
1 cup ice chips
½ cup peaches
1 tablespoon flaxseed
Dollop of honey
Sprinkle of ginger root (season to taste)
Sprinkle of nutmeg (season to taste)

Blend and enjoy!
Bananas: Contain potassium and B vitamins that convert carbohydrates into energy, boosting endurance and testosterone.
Blueberries: High in soluble fiber, which keeps arteries clear of cholesterol. Improved blood flow and relaxed blood vessels improve a man's erections, especially in older men.
Peaches: High in vitamin C. Men should consume at least 200 milligrams of vitamin C per day to increase the quality and quantity of their sperm.
Flaxseed: Increases testosterone levels and is packed with essential fatty acids, such as Omega-3 and Omega-6, which keeps hormones at optimal levels and sex drive revved up.

Honey: Honey is rich in vitamin B, which is needed for testosterone production. The gooey nectar also contains boron, which may increase estrogen levels in women.

Ginger root: Stimulates the circulatory system, increasing blood flow to the genitals. I say use this in EVERYTHING :)

Nutmeg: Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you relax. I say use this in EVERYTHING :)

Until later,

  1. Want a really romantic dinner? Sure, candles and soft music are nice, but what you and your significant other nosh on could truly take things to another level. The following (healthy!) foods may actually affect hormone levels, brain chemistry, and energy, heightening arousal and sex drive.

While there aren't double-blind studies proving the aphrodisiac properties of these foods, there is plenty of anecdotal evidence suggesting they really help, so why not work in one (or more) on your next date night.

    Asparagus
You're not alone if those fleshy green spears remind you of...well, you know. This veggie's phallic appearance no doubt has something to do with its legendary aphrodisiac status, but the goods are inside, too. Asparagus is rich in vitamin B6 and folate, both of which can boost arousal and orgasm. And it also boasts vitamin E, which stimulates sex hormones in both men and women.

    Avocados
Energy and a healthy libido are crucial for great sex, and avocados can give you both. They're loaded with minerals, monounsaturated fats (the good kind that protect the heart and lower cholesterol), and vitamin B6—all of which help keep your energy and sex drive up.They're also a top source of omega-3 fatty acids, which naturally boost your mood, making you more likely to feel ready for bedroom action.

    Chile peppers
Chile peppers can really spice things up—and not just in your mouth—thanks to capsaicin, a chemical that's been shown to induce the release of endorphins in the brain, which creates a feeling of euphoria. The potential payoff? Enhanced foreplay and hotter sex.

    Chocolate
This sweet has long been linked with love and sex for good reason. It contains tryptophan, which helps the body produce serotonin, a natural feel-good chemical that may play a role in sexual arousal.

Chocolate also offers a hit of phenylethylamine, a stimulant thought to contribute to that lovey-dovey feeling. So, go ahead, indulge a little!

    Licorice
This candy (sold conveniently in, um, whips) is thought to mimic the effects of estrogen and progesterone, critical hormones for normal reproductive and sexual function and response. Eating it may help you get in the mood—and stay that way more often.Plus, enjoying this candy may reduce symptoms of PMS, a real perk both in and outside the bedroom. But note: Don't settle for just any old licorice-flavored candy. Be sure to buy a variety that contains real licorice-root extract.

    Oysters
It's not the slippery feel or the singular taste of oysters that make them a sexy superfood. It's zinc, which oysters are loaded with. The mineral helps the body produce testosterone, a hormone critical in regulating women's and men's libido and sexual function.Research suggests that zinc can improve sperm count and swimming ability, and increase sexual potency in men.For women, zinc may help ovaries—the source of estrogen, progesterone, and some testosterone—stay healthy, keeping you primed for bedroom action.

I love honey. I'm kind of partial to oral sex that includes side orders of sauces, jams, preserves, and even peanut butter (not the chunky style). My lover and I find me that honey makes an especially fine lubricant and that the increase in friction is sublime. She also tells me that I have to join the clean plate club before I get dessert. Well, That settles the question of what to do with leftovers. BTW, honey washes off easily and she doesn't have to worry about giving birth to an eight-pound peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich.

Anyway, here's one of my favorite honey recipes. It's orgasmic!! Enjoy!!

    Honey-Orange Chicken with Sesame Sauce

    3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup orange blossom or clover honey
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1 teaspoon garlic
    1 teaspoon orange zest
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (6 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

    Directions
    1. Combine juice, honey, ginger, garlic, zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.

    2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot; add vegetable oil and swirl to coat. Lift chicken from marinade and let excess drip back into bowl. When oil is hot, add chicken and cook over medium heat 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

    3. Add reserved marinade to skillet and boil over medium-high heat, turning chicken once or twice, 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is reduced by half. Transfer chicken to a cutting board, cut into diagonal slices, and arrange on a platter. Stir sesame oil into thickened sauce and spoon it over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    1. I haven't had a chance to make the dish BUT I have been using honey on my toast vs jam! And I even came up with a Honey Kissing Game :)

      Thanks for the comment Steevn!
